These aren't five separate skills to check off a list. They're a progression. Each threshold builds on the one before it, taking your leader deeper into what leadership actually requires and closer to the leader they're capable of becoming.

1) Reflection: Self-Awareness and Emotional Intelligence

How it Works

This isn't an online course you watch alone. It's a guided, 1:1 coaching experience with a structured framework and the flexibility to meet each leader where they’re at.

✅ 10 Coaching Sessions

Your leader will meet with their coach every two weeks for a focused, one-hour session. Each session is guided by the 5 Thresholds framework but driven by the real challenges they're facing in their role.

✅ DISC Behavioural Assessment

The program begins with a DISC assessment and debrief to give your leader a clear picture of how they're wired, how they respond under stress, and how others experience them. This becomes the foundation for everything that follows.

✅ A Clear Arc, Not a Rigid Script

The program follows a natural developmental progression. Early sessions focus on self-awareness, middle sessions tackle the skills, and final sessions bring it all together and help you build a leadership approach the leader can sustain long after the program ends.

Ryan is an experienced leadership and performance coach, and founder of Unearth Coaching Inc based in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada. With a strong track record of coaching leaders for many years, he specializes in refining leadership and interpersonal skills to tackle common organizational challenges.

Ryan is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and certified Everything DISC trainer. He holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Trent University and completed his Leadership & Performance Coaching certification from Canada Coach Academy. He is also an engaging speaker and workshop facilitator.
